Custom fix terminology different in Structured and Raw list

This thread from the PowerTools 2008 section still applies to PowerTools 2009.

Maybe the developer might have a look at it and explain why the terminology is different depending on the case one uses Custom fix in Structured list and Raw list.

In my opinion the terminology is still inconsistent and should be the same for both lists.

Besides that difference is confusing the user and even the editor of the Handbook because she places the terminology of the Custom fix option from the Raw list in the text of the Handbook (pages 34 & 35) under an image of the Custom fix from the Structured list and that wasn't supposed to happen I'm afraid.

But while translating that handbook I have found other errors, so it might be recommended to wait for my error list before fixing anything.
