The Regsupreme doesn't have any features that use or requre an Internet connection.
Therefore I think there are two possible reasons for this: Either your firewall program made a mistake (I have actually heard about this kind of errors before), or the copy of the Regsupreme installed is infected with some virus or trojan.
I can't think of any other reason for this.
