olo Hi jv16 PowerTools 2009 hangs while doing the scan by Registry Cleaner. The same error occurs on two different machines, I tried two versions - v1.9.0.552 and v1.9.0.555. What should I do in order to complete the registry scanning process? Greetings, Olo
jv16 Could you try to run the scan with different scan settings and see if you can find a setting that completes the scan?
olo I've tried them one by one and none of them completes the scan. Most of them stop just after a few seconds. BTW: The progress circle is running all the time. Any news regarding this case?
