I noticed in the "Error relating to Obsolete Add / Remove menu entry" category with the ARPCache keys, the program deletes the "Changed" and "SlowInfoCache" entries, but not the keys.
That happens the first time the errors show up. When you rescan, the keys only are on the list, and do get deleted in the second run.
I don't know if this bug affects items other than the ARPCache ones.
