There indeed was a minor problem in the Registry Cleaner, it identified some Shared DLL entries wrong. I have now fixed the problem and uploaded a fixed version, 1.9.0.549.
I'm glad to say the problem was not very serious as it only affected the Shared DLL entries section of the registry. Even if you would remove all these registry entries, the worst thing I can see happening is that Uninstallers would be unable to delete unused Shared DLL files and thus you might end up wasting a few KB's of hard disk space. So nothing very serious, but still I'm not at all happy about this mistake, and the fact it got through our in-house testing.
