In reading the Feature Request list, I think two of these items were included in PT2009, but I can't figure out how to use them.

1. "Undo Never Show Again" - I think this was a capability added to the Files Tool, so you don't have to manually edit the SuperRegIgnoreList.dat but can someone explain how to use what was included in the File Tool to do this?

2. Keys with no Permissions - I think the capability to fix keys with no persmissions was included in the Registry Tool in 2009; but again, can't figure out where to find it.

3. On screens where there is a "Don't show this dialog again" (Registry Scan Report, for example), how do you get it back if you checked "Don't show" without manually editing a dat file (RegCleaner.dat)?

Thanks

Note: If it is better to post these as three separate questions, I can do that, but I was hoping someone would know the answers to all three questions.

1. The results list of five tools have the "Never show again" feature. A right click in the body of such a list shows "Control hidden items." However, that only shows if the tool actually has hidden items.

2. It seems the condition is quite rare, except on a few systems which, for whatever reason, have 1000s of instances. Read these:

3. Uncheck the last checkbox in Registry Cleaner's "Advanced options" tab.

Tullik,

1. The right-click works. Thanks.

But I still don't understand what the Developer meant by using the File Tool in this post. It indicates that something was done in PT2009 with the File Tool, or am I totally misreading the feature?

2. Also, from the Feature List, was there something in 2009 that addressed this Key Permission? Other than the post in the Feature list, I couldn't find any documentation on it.

(Sorry, I don't know how to correctly insert the viewtopic links.)

That was just a "for example." He said "... e.g. with the File Tool."

AFAIK, there is no other documentation for it.

Just paste the entire link. The BB software changes it to the viewtopic format. For example:
