I'm sorry to say that the Software Uninstaller still takes a ridiculously long time to complete its operations (I say `still' as this was reported when PT 2009 was in beta). After starting an uninstall, the progress window can stay on the screen for several minutes, even when all that's being uninstalled is a small and simple piece of software which can be removed from the registry manually in a few seconds using Regedit. I wonder what's going on here, please? Running release 540 in Vista Home Basic. Many thanks.
