I ran several tests with Win-XP Prof and version 1.9.0.531,
Test with "search words not likely to be found" (few finder hits) and tests with "words most likely to be found" (thousands of finder hits)
The problem is in the tests with "search words most likely to be found".
Results with Register Finder with the search word "zone":
Start time 10,
End time 11,
49.986 hits.
The last 9-10 minutes the Windows Task Manger shows that jv19PT.exe is fully utilizing one of my two core engines (50% load).
Many times I thougt that jv16PT was indeed "frozen" but I kept my breath and waited.
After the Register Finder search for word "zone" finally completes (over 14 minutes later!) the program jv16PT.exe keeps on running (looping?)
and fully utilizing one of my two core engines (50% load).
Finally, at 11 I had to kill jv6PT.exe with the Task Manager
I hope these findings are helpfull.
