Hello!

I have used Jv16 powertools all the way back to the free versions. But the last years something has gone wrong with macecraft. The versions are released way to early. And this thing is the same with JV16 PowerTools 2009. Its like we are paying and doing the beta testing on the same time. And this is a petty because i really like the product. And i think on the ordinary user that have not so much computer knowledge, he must think this is a real pain. This product should still be in beta. The problem with releasing products to early is that it hurts both the buyer and the brand. My recommendation is not to upgrade from 2008 to 2009 for the moment. wait until a couple of more releses. Its strange that Macecraft releases products to early because it damages the trust for their products and the Macecraft brand.

Kind Regards

I'm sorry to hear you feel that way, if you want a refund for your order, just let me know.

Vast majority of the feedback we have received from the new version has been positive. Sure, there have been a few minor problems with it, but that's simply how it goes. There is not a single product (software or not) that would be perfect, every single product has faults, the more complex the product the more faults it has.

But what matters is what kind of faults there are. In PowerTools the majority of problems have been relating to the user interface and this where we want the problems to be. We have spent so much time and effort in keeping everything working and working safe under the hood.

If we should have the product in beta testing as long as it is 100% bug free we would be still waiting for PowerTools 1.0. Would that benefit anyone?

Hello!

The thing i wrote is because i care about the product and its future releases. If an old fox like me fels like this i think that's it is important to inform about it!

Kind regards
