I have just upgraded from jv16-Powertools 2008 to 2009. After installing, I ran the registry cleaner program without a problem. The next time I attempted to use it, I get the following message:
'Failed to gain full read and write access to the system registry. Please verify the security settings of your system, this program cannot perform any registry features (for example the Registry Cleaner) without full registry access!.'
It continues to show that message everytime I open the program. If I delete the program and reinstall, on the initial run, it works normally without any warnings. Each additional start of the program after the 1st run I get the same warning. I do not get this message using version Powertools 2008. What is causing this error warning? I am using Vista Home Premium 32 bit.
