software uninstaller stops

The software uninstaller stops after questioning for the removal of the directory.

No uninstallation. Do I have to pass this option?

My solution is the RevoUninstaller of the FinalUninstaller, both do uninstall without pr.oblems

{BTW: I compare all 3: using JV16 is the best, if working. It has the fewest lines in the registryfinder.}

Could you please start the product in Debug Mode (open the main window, press Ctrl and Shift, select Enable Debug Mode from the Debug menu and restart the program) and try this again. If the same problem occurs, please send me the debug logs that were saved to your desktop?

Similar problem here, except that the program always hangs at the `Working, this might take awhile' stage. This never happened with PT 2008.

I attached a zipfile, but I don't know if this was the right debug. Anyway, after downloading 531, there is nothing to complain, except that again a backup was not stored.
