I installed v528 via "Run as Administrator". After installation, when I click on the icon to run v528, I get an error message that it doesn't have full read/write capability to the registry so that things like the Registry Cleaner may not work.
The work around is to right-click on the icon and "Run as Administrator". This does not cause the error message to come up but I haven't yet done a registry clean to see if all is well. I'll get back with that in a while as the Vista machine is backing up right now before I mess with the registry.
