john7 Upgrading is a nightmare. After finding which option, the easy bit, I have my e-mail address rejected. Not just my attempt at typing it but a copy and past from the licance e-mail sent for 2008! Then after rejecting the e-mail address it allows me to enter the rejected one three times (there is no other to enter) and processes it OK But as yet I haven’t had a licance e-mail so it may still go wrong!
jv16 I'm sorry but I don't quite understand what's the problem. Have you been able to proceed to purchase the upgrade or not? If not, simply PM me your original order details, like email address or order number, and I can help you out.
