We have made some great improvements to the Registry Cleaner engine during the development of the PT 2009 version. The biggest improvement is, of course, the Deep Analysis feature of the Registry Cleaner. This feature adds an additional step to the analysis, this will make the entire process a bit slower but it will give a much better scanning result as well.
