Errer [10;42;39-Errer]

I am using Vista 32bit. JV16 2008 comes up with a windows warning asking if the program is to be allowed to run or not. JV16 2009 doesn’t cause this message and fails to work with an error as its unable to access the system registry asking me to verify the security settings of the system. I have turned off firewall, est. and found is JV16 2009 is run as Administrator its OK. What do I need to do to sort this as its a pain having to remember to run as administrator every time.

Thanks, changed it and works same as 2008 (must be something diffrent between install od 2008 and 9n to need to make the change and would be esier if 2009 had it already as does 2008!)
