I made a ticket numerous times with no response. When I used the chat option they said this email from hotmail.com was a tech person why than is the contact email in my license under their email.
This is done in some cases when our support staff thinks that you might not be able to receive the email stating the download URL for the license key. Then they use their own personal email addresses to send the license to, and then give you the download key from there. If you want your email address to show in the license file, just PM me with your details (name & email address) and I can generate a new license for you.
