When I crank up JV16 Power Tools it does a quick system analysis and tells me that my system has passed all appropriate testing and that I should be able to use JV16PT with no problems.

It also shows me 2 meters, one for PC Health, the other for Registry Health.

My PC Health is always 100 out of 100. The Registry Health used to be 100 out of 100.

Recently the Registry Health has slipped to 97 out of 100 and no matter what I do, the rating does not change.

On 22 Oct, user desoto5014, asked a similar question and guru redseujac said, "Sure, it is possible...

I am able to get that score of 100 all the time." Link here: http://www.macecraft.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=3446

So, okey, if obtaining a score of 100 out of 100 is possible, could someone please explain how to accomplish this feat of seemingly impossibility....or....please explain why, after cleaning, compacting, and otherwise doing my utmost to ensure the registry is in 100% health, that I cannot obtain this elusive rating.

My rating changed from 100 out of 100 to 97 out of 100 a few weeks ago and I have not, for the life of me been able to get back to the desire rating.

Thanks for a great set of utilities within JV16 Power Tools. You guys are doing great work. Keep it up.

Now go have a great day.

Is your Registry Cleaner set to the most aggressive scanning mode? Are there any words in your Registry Cleaner Ignore list? Is the 'List MRU and other history data' option checked on the Registry Cleaner Engine Settings tab (it should be checked for maximum scan results)? Have you run a fresh Quick System Analysis (from the File menu)?

Just some random thoughts.

You are most welcome, my friend! When starting the program, the gauges simply present the results of the last QSA that was run - it doesn't perform a new analysis. Maybe this is something that should be made more obvious.
