Uninstalled Program Thru jv16, but still listed in Vista?

Hi,

I have recently uninstalled a program using jv16 and it uninstalled ok according to jv16 with 1 registry key deleted.

When I tried to install the udpated .msi application (this program is to skin Windows Vista -- VistaStyleBuilder), it kept telling me to uninstall it first in the Control Panel using its Uninstall feature. So I went there and found the entry/program "VistaStyleBuilder" :?. I thought I uninstalled it? It had a general application icon next to it and no Uninstall option upon right-clicking it, whereas other entries did.

I then went to C:/Program Files and found the program still there and working.

So my question now is how can I uninstall it correctly?

By the way, I also found a bunch of my other programs I uninstalled with jv16 in there as well. How can I delete those entries for good?
