New column "Probability of Danger" in version 472

I noticed in the English.lng file of version 472 a new item in the header , namely "34=Probability of Danger".

There's furthermore specified: "Should be translated in the context of the probability that something is dangerous".

Has anybody come across such a column in the program? Which tool? Which section?

Has it something to do with startup programs, maybe? I didn't find it in Startup Manager.

Appears to be for some uninvoked functionality. Something new in PT2009? I can't find the use of that string anywhere in PT2008.

The string is not used in PowerTools 2008, it will be used in PowerTools 2009.
