problems with Czech localization

I have two problems:

1) I have setting Show messages in Message Window, but as you can see there is some problem with inappropriate font changes:

This small font in message window is built in and I cannot change it.

2) In the last few versions I am unable to change language to anything but Czech. When I change language to English for example, after restarting jv16 appear in Czech language again. If I want persistent English I must delete all language files but English.lng. So I cannot use other languages, only temporary - to the next restart of application.

Nothing in C:\Program Files\jv16 PowerTools 2008 has read-only attribute set. So this is not the reason.

I try to test old builds, here is my observation:

jv16 PowerTools 2008 (with the handbook) 1.8.0.457 - ok

jv16 PowerTools 2008 (with the handbook) 1.8.0.459 - ok

jv16 PowerTools 2008 (with the handbook) 1.8.0.460 - ok

jv16 PowerTools 2008 (with the handbook) 1.8.0.466 - I am unable to change language to anything but Czech

jv16 PowerTools 2008 (with the handbook) 1.8.0.467 - I am unable to change language to anything but Czech

jv16 PowerTools 2008 (with the handbook) 1.8.0.468 - I am unable to change language to anything but Czech

So the problem started with version 1.8.0.466.

Is there someone from developers listening, or not?
