Sometimes no scan report window

Power Tools are still simple best universal software tool package. Same as a swissmade pocket knife.

But: It takes time, until the Jv power tools user inferface starts now at the 2008 series.

Slow opening!

the same.)

Sometimes the registry cleaner scan report does not come

as known. I have to scan 2times, and after second scan time

it works and the report comes.

I think, it would be repaired at the new update.

At last, not least, I think it was a good Idea, to give the

JV PT 16 1.7 final to German PC-Welt Magazine. The old

Software is a good free test and trial without limitations

for new coming customers (of course for people with a small income, too.)

In versions 1.8.0.466 up to 1.8.0.468 of jv16 the module "Registry Cleaner" terminates unpredictably under Windows 98SE, XP Home and VISTA Ultimate SP1 here.

In about 60% of all cases upon termination of registry cleaner the scan report pops-up showing the severity of faulty registry entries detected. All faulty registry entries can be selected and be removed then as expected.

In about 40% of all cases upon termination of registry cleaner the scan report is not displayed. All faulty registry entries can be selected. However, sometimes all or sometimes only few faulty registry entries are removed if the remove option is selected.

If jv16 is started all over again, chances are high that registry cleaner behaves as expected. But sometimes jv16 has to be restarted again and again.
