RegSupreme Pro stops when scanning

In the middle of scanning it stops. I have tried to uninstall - reinstall, but it did not help.

OS is XP pro.

Other reg.cleaners do not stop - but finish the scan.

Anu ideas ?

I'm getting similar problems. After to getting to this point...

the scanner stop and after an extended period crashes with the following error...

Oddly enough the scanner used to work quite well before I performed an OS reinstall. In other words it's running on a very clean system.

For the record I'm running Vista x64 SP1. Does anyone know what's going on?
