I propose to update the text line of the Live Support window.
Current text: "Live Support feature allows you to start a real-time text chat with our support staff and ask any questions relating to us and our products."
Proposed text: "Live Support feature allows you to start a real-time text chat with our customer care staff, for technical support and any questions relating to us and our products. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week."

Note:
The new text is long 3 lines instead of two. :
For this reason, in my example, I have lowered the following texts: "Live support status:", "Server returned the following message:", "Online", "Offline", "(unknown)", "(Connecting to server to check...)" and "Busy, only available for customers".
I propose also to remove the brackets from the messages "(unknown)" and "(Connecting to the server to check ...)".
This is a "insignificant" proposal? : :
