That's right...

In other similar programs as jv16 PT 2008, the context menu shows even "Go to key" instead of "Open in Regedit".

That's exactly the expression I have used in the Dutch translation of the PowerTools: "Naar sleutel gaan" = "Go to key".

"Go to key" could be done with any registry tool/manager/editor, so I think "Open in Regedit" is better, since it's more exact/detailed.

Then change it to "Open in {SELECTEDREGEDITOR}".

Unfortunately I am not the developer...

After all, never mind... The expression "Open in RegEdit" is not bad, but, like I wrote, at least three similar programs (TuneUp Registry Cleaner, Lavasoft Registry Tuner, RegVac Registry Cleaner) are using expressions as "Show Key" or "Go to Key" in the context menu, and that's clear for the user too.

But "the game is not worth the candle", so let's forget about it :)

2 months later

For what it's worth, in v.1.8.0.466 the structured list line context menu still says "RegEdit" instead of "Open in RegEdit" as it appears in the other seven tool instances mentioned by Anselmo.

Whatever it is called, it functions the same.
