How can my Registry Health be 98 out of 100 if I have zero registry errors after running Registry Cleaner in the most aggressive mode and fixing all found errors? What else is the Registry Health 'calculation' taking into account?

Given the lack of responses to this question, I will assume that calculating this value is not a precise science and that it involves numerous variables that can affect the final value. Besides, I don't want to make more of this quirk than I should, as my PC is running better than it ever has. And that is good enough for me, 98% be darned!

Keep up the fine work, jv. And keep inching toward a Power Tools package with no bugs.

After running Registry Cleaner and fixing all found errors, you have again executed the Quick System Analysis in order to recalculate the Registry Health score?

You are correct - after running Registry Cleaner in its most aggressive mode and fixing all identified errors, I re-run a Quick System Analysis. This analysis consistently shows 100% for PC Health and 98% for Registry Health. Given jv's statement:

If you always want a Registry Health score of 100% then use Windows NT 4.0 Workstation: it'll always display that result without calculating anything.

Delphi, is that result accurate or is it a quirk that PT always reports 100% Registry Health in NT4 regardless of the actual state of the registry? It is a very good OS, but...

I guess PT assumes that Windows NT 4.0 Workstation is such a good OS that it doesn't need to look any further to anything at all when it detects that OS, so it can immediately display a Registry Health score of 100%. :

(Indeed it's a bug in PT, since PT doesn't even read anything in the registry before displaying the 100% Registry Health result)
