Using WinXP 2002 SP2 Home Edition: power tools>registry cleaner analyzes registry but when the "fix" button or "custom fix" button is used the program freezes completely and system has to be rebooted. all spyware/antivirus utilities were disabled before running power tools. this is the trial version of power tools. anyone have any insight?uillean5699
