unable to click the buttons or menu on the Regsupreme Pro
I added the program to Data Execution Prevention and rebooted with the same result!! If I right-click on the program on the taskbar and select , it will exit without a problem (weird!)
I am running Windows XP with all updates. This is quite frustrating as the program worked great till I paid for it!!
Any help would be appreciated.
I can't re-produce any problems with or without a license on any test computers.
jv16 wroteSeems the most strange. What anti-virus software do you use and could you try to disable it just to test whether the program works then?

I am using AVG Free Edition as my virus scanner. I disabled it but I still get the same result. Also, I can close the program easily from the task bar by right clicking and selecting exit. How about uninstall & reinstalling? What will that do to my license?
Don't want to stir up any trouble
posters checked Task Manager for CPU and Memory usage?
Not being able to click any buttons, indicates to me that
the program is unresponsive.(No brainer
It is quite conceivable that the runaway Memory problem that
I mentioned in the post "RegSupreme Resource hungry?" is
affecting some users to actualy "freeze" the program.
I didn't for me,but then again,I exited the program before
it happened.
Just a thought.
Cheers,
Pete.
Is strange beacause the program don't stop to respond... in the list of application he appears "executing"...
Is a bug? or incompatibility with my operation system? (windows XP SP2)
I have information from a very reliable source -JV the developer - that there will be an interim update of RegSupreme Pro.
I don't know if it will be posted on the website indicating this, but it is supposed to come out tomorrow Monday 26 SEP 05 or Tuesday.
I would suggest waiting untill then.
Also I would suggest uninstalling the previous version
and start fresh.
Whether or not it will solve your particular problem,I don't
know,but some bugs were fixed.
So check back later.
Hope this helped a little.
Cheers,
Pete.
