English.lng: why 2 X "3_491" in [OneClickCleanerForm]?

In this post, I have reported something strange I had detected in the English.lng file.

I noticed there are 2 appearences of "3_491" and the accompanying strings in the header .

I wondered if that's correct / necessary, because I guess one appearence will do.

Besides I'm afraid it might have some consequences for the translation files too.

and the two lines have different text:

1 = Automatically close down jv16 PowerTools after this task has been run.

2 = Close down {APPNAME} after this task has been run.

And "1" don't stay translated at all ! :
