When analyzing further the English.lng file I found this:
0 = System Cleaner
...
...
7_30E = Create new automated task...
//The {APPNAME} in the next line is to be replaced by the name of the program, for example "jv16
PowerTools 2007"
...
...
So 2 times 3_491 about closing down the program.
I think one of them may be deleted or preceded by "//": preferably the 1st one? because the one with {APPNAME} serves also for other Macecraft software.
