Registry Compactor changes audio settings

Hello, I have jv16PT2008 1.8.0.455. After restart the system (Windows XP SP2) when I used the Registry Compactor (with all registry structure items selected) the audio settings appear changed: 5.1 output is replaced by 2.0. I have a Creative Dolby Digital 5.1. Thanks for your comments.

Did you run any other tool than the Registry Compactor?

I'm asking this because the Registry Compactor doesn't make any changes to the contents of the registry whatsoever, therefore it's pretty much impossible that any user-level changes occur.

No I don't. After several probes I have comprobed that Registry Compactor is the tool that cause this issue, because I use it, restart and the audio settings appears modified. Thanks.

And you didn't do anything else in the session before restarting the computer? Can you reproduce the problem?

I didn´t do anything. When the work of the Registry Compactor is finished I reboot the system, according to the comments that appear in the results window, and then when start in a session for example administrator session, the output audio configuration is changed, as I mentioned 5.1 changed to 2.0.
