Hello,
Why double posting for the same question in another thread ? - see: http://www.macecraft.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=369
If you got the normal E-Mails from Macecraft - indicating that the license was sent, but the E-Mail with the license file - as attachment - not ; it seems to be clear that there is a problem with the SPAM-filter -
or of your security software or the one of your Internet provider.
And as you say, that you had allready "multiple E-Mails" from Macecraft about the license was send, this means you did multiple requests to resend the license. Therefor it seems logical to me that, now, they consider your E-Mail address as unvalid.
Or, you check your SPAM-folder and SPAM-preferences of your security software (as "Delphi" recommended) or you follow
the recommandations of Macecraft (and "berny") and create an alternative (and free) E-Mail adress:
We deliver the purchased licenses as an e-mail attachments.
For some reason, the clients of the American Online (AOL) and Comcast.net are experiencing major problems in receiving the license or any e-mails from us. This is most likely the result of very badly configured server-side anti-spam filter. We have tried to contact AOL and Comcast numerous times about this issue but so far with no reply.
This is why we are from now on requiring the clients of AOL and Comcast also to provide an alternative e-mail address. If you don't have one, you can easily get on from e.g. Yahoo.com.
Hope this would help definitly to resolve your problem.
