When the data for a name (PrevxCSI in the RegEdit screenshot below) has a missing path, Startup Manager lists some information from a different name (PS2 in the RegEdit screenshot below).

To reproduce the bug:

This Entries.reg triggers the error in the Startup Manager list:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

This Entries.reg makes the error go away:

I still contend/recommend that programs which are in the Task Scheduler to be started up on system reboot should be included in this tool. :

These problems should now be fixed, thank you for reporting! The next version containing these fixes will be released later in this month, hopefully in this week.

Startup Manager, suppressing information (v.1.8.0.466)

When the data for a name (PrevxCSI in the RegEdit screenshot below) has a missing path, Startup Manager no longer lists some information from a different name (PS2 in the RegEdit screenshot below).

However, it now doesn't list the PrevxCSI entry at all even though it exists in the registry. I manually changed the PrevxCSI path to C:\Windows\notepad.exe. It doesn't list that either. Apparently PT is suppressing the entry's information based on the name PrevxCSI.

Tullik, the reason why Startup Manager doesn't show PrevxCSI's entry in your screenshot is because you have "Show only applications (.exe)" checked. The PrevxCSI's entry doesn't contain an executable path, therefore its entry is not visible in the screenshot. Uncheck "Show only applications (.exe)" and PrevxCSI will be shown again.
