Can jv16 2007 help me set the load order when XP starts?

Hello,

I have been using JV16 since July 2007. I looked at the manual before posting this question but could not find anything. I purchased some software recently for my notebook and my antivirus software seems to load at the very end, instead of at the beginning of the load process.

Can JV16 2007 tweak the loading process so that I can control what gets loaded after XP starts?
