Does PowerTools 2008 officially support Vista 64-bit???

Hi Guys,

Is PowerTools 2008 officially supporting Vista 64-bit??? This is the second time that I've asked this question. I notice that when I unintentionally place a message in the wrong forum topic, that I'm quickly rebuked by whoever monitors for this sort of thing, but when I've got a legitimate question in the right place, I hear silence, crickets chripy in the backyard on a quite evening, no response at all.

From the JV16 FAQ:

Question:

Are your products compatible with Vista?

Answer:

All of our products are compatible with Windows Vista but only with the normal 32b versions, not with the x64 ones.

So it is offically not supported.

That's why I haven't been able to use JV16 for the last 14 months. Back then I was under the impression JV16 would be 64 bit compatible soon. But it seems it is not that simple.

It seems that Vista 64 bit isn't fully supported yet, but this is only stated in the FAQ, in the main product description and features there is no mention of this as far as I can see.

Looking ahead, is there any upgrade planned which will be Vista 64 compatible, if so, approximately what is the timescale?
