When using the Startup Manager to delete a startup program, there is a refresh issue that occurs under the following circumstances.
1. Open Startup Manager.
2. Display all pgms with the option "Startup folder and basic registry items" selected.
3. Delete a program in the list of programs. It deletes fine and the list is no longer shows the program.
4. Change the display by checking "Items from the Start menu's startup folder".
5. Switch back to the first display with the option "Startup folder and basic registry items" selected.
The program that was deleted is back in the list; however, it has been removed from the registry or startup folder in reality.
