I'm using jv16 PowerTools 2008 1.8.0.444. The quick system analysis tool will not complete on my system. It stops at about 80%, which someone else also confirmed. My system is Vista Ultimate 64-bit with 4Gb of ram. Also, after cleaning my registry once, several of my window services stopped running including the Event Viewer service. The only way that I got my services going again, was by a using a restore point.
Will Vista 64-bit be officially supported by PowerTools 2008? If not, no hard feelings, but I need to start looking at other products that do.
