Is your 2006 license a fully paid version or was it a free license you got for Beta-testing or translating the software?
If it was a full paid license, are you shure you introduced the exact order ID mentioned in the Confirmation E-Mail?

When you created a ticket, you have got an automated response by Macecraft, indicating a link where you can track the status of your ticket. Did you check the status?
