I have been using jv16 power tools 2005 and have been trying to upgrade to 2008 however whenever I enter my info I'm told I have already purchased an upgrade! I downloaded 2008 and it shows up as an evaluation copy. I am more than willing to pay for the upgrade but I am unable as I am informed I have already done so! If I did I have no recolection of this transaction. I do use your software very satisfactoraly every week for several years now and am trying to pay you so please help!! :

I have the same problem!!!Every Upgrade is a problem.I have the 2006 license and I want to pay for the Upgrade.

Is your 2006 license a fully paid version or was it a free license you got for Beta-testing or translating the software?

If it was a full paid license, are you shure you introduced the exact order ID mentioned in the Confirmation E-Mail?

When you created a ticket, you have got an automated response by Macecraft, indicating a link where you can track the status of your ticket. Did you check the status?
