Good news - I received a response from Macecraft...actually from the developer himself.
I was emailed my new license.
Twice.
So they really meant it!
Apparently, the new program is going over a bit "too well" - the Macecraft team is hammered, beyond anything they ever imagined - and they're playing catch-up as best they can.
Probably not an acceptable excuse for some folks (that haven't been dealing with jv for a while) - but at least they have not just plain been ignoring their customers.
My advice (well - it' free...so what do you expect?!), is to try and be a tad more patient.
These are good people, with a good product.
And when they're not seriously overwhelmed, they tend have very good customer service.
