Bought upgrade to 2008 - but -

I purchased the $6.95 upgrade, from 2007, over the weekend...submitted all the info (including credit card number), but never received an email receipt or key number.

I'm sure this was not intentional, as I have found both this program and it's author to be very reliable.

But I'm kinda stuck here...using a demo version - that I paid for.

Please advise.

an the order page I have read, that in case of problems with your mail-address (i.e. blocking macecraft-mails by your mail account), the price is refunded automatically (perhaps check your creditcard-bill (online ?)

There shouldn't be any email issues, that I am aware of.

And yes - I will probably need to check my credit card info online.

I'm just trying to resolve this as easily as possible.

I had a similar problem. I had an old email address in my account so the license was sent to an invalid account. I contacted Online Support by filling out the online form and in about 1 day I received my license file and my email address was corrected.

I just now found the online contact page and asked for direction.

I'm sure that the "new" payment system still has a few bugs...but I also have faith that this will be resolved quickly.

These are really good folks to deal with, and that makes all the difference.

Well, I checked my credit card...it was charged $7.somethingcents, by Macecraft - so the payment went through.

I imagine that "j" is pretty busy right now.

For me the same.

The upgrade amount was transferred a week ago, but no key. Sent sereval comments on line, but till now no reply.

Good news - I received a response from Macecraft...actually from the developer himself.

I was emailed my new license.

Twice.

So they really meant it!

Apparently, the new program is going over a bit "too well" - the Macecraft team is hammered, beyond anything they ever imagined - and they're playing catch-up as best they can.

Probably not an acceptable excuse for some folks (that haven't been dealing with jv for a while) - but at least they have not just plain been ignoring their customers.

My advice (well - it' free...so what do you expect?!), is to try and be a tad more patient.

These are good people, with a good product.

And when they're not seriously overwhelmed, they tend have very good customer service.
