If the "Advanced options" tab has the "Don't pop up the window after finishing" box checked, it suppresses the Scan Report. The option does NOT have the effect documented in the handbook of applying to a minimized results window.
This is actually the way the feature should work: if the "Don't pop up..." setting is checked, the Scan Report is not shown as it would automatically pop up the window.
I just tried it again with the option not checked and the results window minimized.
Upon completion, the Scan Report pops up. The results window stays minimized. In other tools (which do not have a Scan Report), the results window also stays minimized.
From page 34 of the handbook, for Registry Cleaner:
"• Don't pop up the window after finished option is only effective if you minimize the window
during the scan. If you minimize it, the window will by default pop back up when the job is done.
You can disable that behavior with this option."
That bullet appears several times in the handbook because the option is present for many other tools.
Either the results windows of the tools should pop up, or the documentation should be changed.
