Re: jv16 Power Tools 2007, Startup Manager version 1.7.0.422

The Startup Manager screen shows 4 buttons: "New - Enable - Delete - Close" but NOT "Remove" and "Disable" as mentioned on page 29 of the Handbook. The image shown on this page is what I get on my machine, but in the third paragraph under the image in the Handbook it states:

"You can use the Disable button to disable software, in other words, to deny it from starting automatically again. You can later on enable it again, if you wish. The Remove button does the same, but also removes the software from the list."

The "Remove" and "Disable" buttons are not there. Is this because I have the trial version and have not yet purchased it?

When you start the tool, there are 4 buttons indeed: "New", "Enable" or "Disable" "Delete" "Close".

The second button from the left "Enable" or "Disable" changes depending on a software entry is selected or not and that software is enabled/disabled or not.

Just give it a try.

There isn't a remove button, indeed.

That button is present in the Startup Manager of jv16 PowerTools 2008 (beta1 & beta2).

Thank you for info. Works great.
