The Registry cleaner finds errors which I select and click fix. The program ask if I want to make a back up and I supply a name. A bar starts to show progress and than instantly disappears and nothing happens!
I have been using Jv16 since it was a free program and never had this problem before. I am using the latest version on a computer running under XP Pro and all updates for anything on this machine are up to date.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
