I am trying to remove Norton internet security but receive an error message saying that windows has refused access to remove the directory and its contents from C:\Program Files\. The progress bar seems to have stopped at that point!
Any suggestions would be very welcome. One of the reasons I bought jv16tools was for this very purpose: removing Symantec's Norton permanently from my system
