Downloaded JV16 twice - Error message when trying to install

Application Failed to initialize properly ()xc000009a.

This has occurred when try to open both of the two downloads.

And now the system keeps putting up a windows dialog box saying:

Preparing to install, and just sticks there..

About 20 boxes appeared - then if left alone they close after another minute or so.

This error message is generated by the installation program, not jv16 PowerTools product itself so I have very limited resources to try to solve the problem, I'm afraid.

But could you tell me what operating system you are using and are you using any anti-virus products? Have you tried to install the program in Safe Mode?

Thanks for the reply - The good news is that after a few minutes of spaceland - I remembered that I was on a Windows machine - Rebooted and all is well.

SO - Tools working perfectly and machine is now running well.
