Well, even the best security software wouldn't protect 100% against piratery.

For me, the most irritating is to see how many hits some of this stupid threads do have.

The best way is just ignore them, to fall thick about it's really not worth.

Please forward your feedback to the forum software's developers, it's their software that is not performing correctly to block the automated spam bot programs.

The problem will be solved (hopefully!) when version 3 of the phpBB is released officially, it's currently in RC stage of developement.

We have support staff working in two different time zones at the moment 4 to 6 hours every day but it simply sometimes take a while to get the spam messages removed. We will be increasing the size of our support staff within the next few months.

Great news, the final version of phpBB 3 is now released. We are going to update the forum to it after some time (to make sure there are no major problems any more in the software).
