Registry Cleaner Does Not Work

I have been using this product for a long time. Now all of a sudden, Registry Cleaner does not work. I highlight the areas to fix and nothing happens - no message, no nothing - other than the window sitting there.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. There is nothing different about my system. The main reason I've purchased/used jv16 is to keep registry clean - now this function is worthless.

Any advice????? OS is Windows Vista Ultimate 32 and as mentioned - NO hardware changes.
