I just installed jv16 trial and it found 4500 errors. As I select errors and request that it fix them, it reported that of 235,000 things it needed to fix, it could only fix 2. Then the buttons for action all grayed out except for close.

ps I just reloaded and ran it and now it is cleaning them, so I'm not sure hwat the issue was before.
