Hello.

Last Sunday i used the Freespace cleaner, and then done a defrag but got the following message, Volume (C:\) has only 6% Freespace available for use by Disk Defragmenter. To run effectively, Disk Defragmenter requires at least 15% useable freespace. There is not enough disk space to properly complete the operation. Delete some uneeded files on your hard disk, and then try again.

Prior to this i had 67840 MB free, also i now have Dise_Backup 1.95 GB Fat 32 Healthy Unknown Partition, i did use some software to Backup my Drivers maybe thats what the (Dise is).

There is a file jv16_PT00722B5B.Dat, in C:\ My Computer, could this be a backup placed there after i used Freespace cleaner, also when i run jv16, i look in Task Manager and it shows jv16 as running and then not responding.

I was unable to close jv16 down before uninstalling it and doing a reinstall

but it still wont load up.

Any help would be appreciated.

The jv16_PT00722B5B.Dat file is a temp file used in the free space wiping. You can delete it and you'll get all your free space back.

Thank you for your quick reply.

I have tried to delete: jv16_PT00722B5B.Dat, but i am getting the following: Cannot delete jv16_PT00722B5B: It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again.

I have closed all the programs like firewalls and spyware, i clicked on jv16, it started running but it fails to show on the screen, as i explained above i used Task Manager to end Task.

I have uninstalled jv16 which goes to the recycle bin and when i click delete i get the same message for that as well.

There was one other thing, there wasn't any entries in the registry for macecraft.

I have downloaded and installed jv16 from your website, it is running okay and has recognised my registration key.

I am still unable to delete the the file you asked me to and my previous backups are not in the new download.

Please use the Task Manager and make sure jv16PT.exe is not running. After this you should be able to delete the file.

If not, try to start Windows in Safe Mode and delete the file there.
