Now that I have passed to vista I found 3 new bugs:

JV16 breaks free download manager, after running registry cleaner - aggressive -structured, some FDM keys are being deleted, and some functionality (catching urls) is broken.

In registry manager, new file tab, not all templates are shown (maybe a user permission issue?).

Last, if you try to delete backup while registry cleaner is running, you get no "are you sure" confirmation.

There is a warning message when you try to use the aggressive Registry Cleaner, there is a reason for it: it can cause problems. Therefore using it is not recommended, but if you can send me the backup file created from the scan I can take a look and see if I can find a way to exclude the FDM entries.
