Hi every1,

A few days ago i ticked the option 'Don't show this dialog again' in the Scan Report window, now i've changed my mind but can't find anywhere the option to show that window again... :

Any help appreciated. TY in advance.

A bit tricky procedure but it did work indeed...TY again! :)

My curiosity, what is this empty indicator (see my 'blue arrow') for...? :?

It seems to me to be a scale for the System Health Indicator below it. Nothing else on there is measured in percent, right? :?

Could be. In that case, 0% is in the wrong position. Perhaps jv16 will enlighten us. 8)

There's still an additional motive to agree with Tullik's viewpoint:

The "empty" indicator is integral part of the box "Severity of found erroneous data", while "System health indicator" is another box :

My conclusion: Tullik is right and JRd1st is wrong...

You're correct, I must be wrong because the 2006 Handbook shows a percent scale, albeit a small one, below the number of errors bar, too. So the percentage of something . . . "Severity of Errors" rises with the number of errors

The percentage scale should be removed because it's meaningless and confusing. The title "Severity of Errors" and the length of the bars should speak for themselves. IMHO, a more truthful indicator would be the number of errors in each Category of Scan that was selected and performed; anything else is meaningless.

This whole discussion is one of the reasons I have "Don't Show This Dialog" checked . . . : T

Well JRd1st I think you don't understand quite well the meaning of the "empty" indicator, the scale as Tullik named it more correctly...

However it's not so difficult...

Taking the example of Ulysses, what's the meaning of the Scan Report scale about the Severity of the found erroneous data?

Total errors: 467

High: 134 of 467 = 28,69% of all errors

Medium: 302 of 467 = 64,67% of all errors

Low: 31 of 467 = 6,64% of all errors

Lowest: 0 of 467 = 0%

28,69% + 64,67% + 6,64% = 100%

That's it : :

So, why shoud that percentage scale bar be removed? :

A little angry at maths perhaps?

lol... i called it 'empty indicator' because i didn't realize it was only a graphical percentage scale bar, i thought some 'coloured stuff' was missing right there... :

Sorry, but english is not my native language... :

Well, I think this thread can be closed, because the problem seems to be (re)solved and everybody had the opportunity to post his viewpoint :
