RegCleaner Pro & Vista x64 problem

Using the latest version of RegSupreme Pro on my Vista 64 bit Home Premium with 4g of ram, when I run the reg cleaner, it keeps going on and on scanning keys and entries for a long time with no more errors being found. It even crashed one time. I eventually just abort the scan.

Why is it taking so long?

Why is it using 100% cpu on a CoreDuo @ 3.2ghz?

Well, can you recommend a registry cleaner product that works with Vista x64?

To get some leads, do a google search using: 64 bit vista "registry cleaner"

Or you could wait a bit -- this was posted September 15, 2007 ...

I have yesterday ordered a new test setup with a 64 bit Intel processor, after it arrives I'm hoping to release a 64 bit compatible version of all our products shortly (read: within one month).

Yes it has, however the fixed version hasn't been released yet as it is still undergoing testing. I'm hoping the get the version out in next week.

Just a heads up ....RegSupreme works fine on XP x64 , but yes , not on my Vista x64 .
